• Remote IT Support £65 per hour General IT assistance, troubleshooting, user support and day‑to‑day operational tasks. Ideal for SMEs requiring responsive, dependable helpdesk coverage.
• On‑Site IT Support £75 per hour Hands‑on technical support delivered at your premises. Suitable for hardware issues, network checks, installations and office IT maintenance.
• Emergency / Same‑Day Response £95 per hour Priority support for urgent issues requiring immediate attention. Includes rapid remote triage and on‑site escalation where necessary.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

• Microsoft 365 Management £85 per hour User administration, licensing optimisation, configuration changes, tenant hygiene and operational improvements across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Secure Score & Security Hardening £95 per hour Enhancements to identity, access, device compliance and cloud security posture. Includes MFA optimisation, Conditional Access tuning and policy alignment.
• Identity Governance & Conditional Access Architecture £95–£120 per hour Advanced configuration, policy design and security architecture for organisations requiring stronger identity protection and compliance controls.

Automation, AI & Workflow Optimisation

• Power Automate Workflow Design £110 per hour Creation of automated business processes that reduce manual work, improve accuracy and streamline operations across Microsoft 365.
• AI Productivity Consulting £95 per hour Advisory sessions focused on improving efficiency through AI‑driven tools, intelligent workflows and modern workplace automation.
• Cloud Architecture & Migration Planning £120 per hour Strategic planning, cloud readiness assessments and migration design for organisations moving to Microsoft 365 or modern cloud infrastructure.

Billing & Engagement Terms

• Minimum billing increment: 60 minutes
• On‑site visits may include a travel charge depending on location
• Project work can be quoted as a fixed fee upon request
• Managed service clients benefit from reduced hourly rates for project work
